What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 per design, and $50 per page development.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When developing, and or designing an application, or website for a client I go through a series of specific steps I call the 5D's. With these steps I draw, design, develop, debug, and finally deploy. Each step is a carefully guided process in formulating the desired outcome upon delivery to my client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently, I hold a formal educational background in Graphic Arts, though I am certainly not limited to it. The web development industry is ever changing. Each, and every day new technologies are discovered. There are little to no boundaries in this industry, and so I push myself to constantly learn new things to stay on tempo with the beat of the industry.
