- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically use Xactimate software, which is the preferred software of insurance companies. However, we can offer some flexibility in pricing depending on the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Engage with the client and visit the site. 2. Develop a plan that addresses the client's needs and resolves the problem. 3. Clearly define scope of work, price, and payment terms. 4. Sign proposal/work authorization 5. Schedule work 6. Update progress daily, and any unexpected issues immediately.
