I first used Walter’s Remodeling over 5 years ago for a variety of projects ranging from painting, drywall, tile work, bathroom remodeling, and misc repairs. The quality and value of his work is excellent. He is also extremely trustworthy, professional and personable. We live in an old house so over the years I have continued to have many more projects for him to do and have frequently recommended him to other neighbors. Sometimes I’ve had to wait for him to be available but it is worth it. I also appreciate that sometimes he has ideas to fix things in a way that will cost less. Like he was able to put door hinges on the opposite side of the door to ensure it could swing into the room in the correct way to pass code instead of needing to purchase a much more expensive new custom door. He was also able to repair a slate floor instead of us needing to replace it.

I have used Walter numerous times over the past 4 years. Walter did a complete tear down and remodel of 2 bathrooms. Once in 2014 and the latest in 2017. Walter also removed a wall separating my dining room from the kitchen, remove the kitchen tile floor, dining room wooden floor and installed a plank tile floor, crown molding pot lights and painted the kitchen and dining room. In the past I have used Walters services for painting and installing crown molding in my family room and den. Walter is a genuine nice man. His work is of high quality. He is very professional and timely. Walter's pricing is excellent. I highly recommend Walter and will hire him again for my next project. Walter will not disappoint you.
