I did not have Chad do my job because I my son installed the fan for me. Chad was the first to email me about doing the job. His communication was excellent. I'm sorry it didn't work out but Chad was ready if the job was to be hired out. Thank you Chad

Chad's response time was swift and quote process was straightforward. (I've had quotes from others sight unseen). Refreshing for a Quad Cities handyman where , even though contractors are a dime a dozen, they can snowball you.
