I'm what they say is a jack of all trades, I can almost do it all. I can and will do minor and major repairs on any thing needed to begin the job you the customer originally got in touch with me for. I charge by the hour for any type of repair major or minor, also for carpentry and building projects. I charge by SQ foot for painting services. I also have and bring my own supplies such as: Brushes Rollers Drop cloths Naps, Puddy knifes Tape Mud Tools, Paint trays Paint tray liners Caulk, and wood sealant And painters tape. All you pay for is labor and paint,the possibly primer depending on the project or type of paint wanted. Ioffer free Estimates and I will let you know how many gallons of both I will need,plus one for any touch ups or repairs you may have later down the road. I DO NOT INCLUDE PAINT PRICE WITH MY PAY. I take the square footage of the project divide that by the average sq ft coverage per type of paint primer you need for your project. I'll give my price, and the number of gallons needed to you.
