Introduction: Your goals are my goals. I will give you the path to your goal and through hard work, perseverance, and a lot of reps you will reach your goals in rapid time. There are no short cuts but working out does not have to be a repetitive drag everyday. Keeping exercises fresh and new ensures that you never truly know what to expect day by day. So if exercise is boring and you are not quite sure how to motovate yourself (quite yet) Ty Smith is your Trainer. Being a Personal Trainer is my calling. As a previous college athlete I needed that sense of teamwork to achieve a common goal. Health is what I live for. I am a strong believer in pushing your body to the limits to get a better understanding of yourself; Active meditation.
