Introduction: I believe in practicing life with awareness, compassion and joy in my heart.
I believe in tailoring each massage session towards the individual needs of my clients to get the most effective results. During a typical session with me, clients will experience a range of modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, shiatsu and trigger point therapy to correct imbalances and promote tranquility.
I only use young living essential oils and their line of massage oils which are 100% therapeutic grade and natural on the skin. I tailor each session and incorporate the essential oils specifically needed for the client.
I remind clients that we all carry powerful healing abilities, and when they’re tapped into they can promote greater health and well-being. We should treat our bodies like an instrument and fine tune them to perform.
I studied at The Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy in NYC.
I've been blessed to have worked with many amazing and talented people that provided me the opportunity to travel all over the world with my profession. I am thrilled to be settled in the Hudson valley and offering my services to such a vibrant community.
I am also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
I enjoy my work because it comes from the heart. A person’s body is their sacred space, and to invite another into that sacred space is courageous. I feel I must honor that the only way I know how: with love, compassion and respect.
The true power and complexity of the human body, and the role I play in helping others achieve balance, alignment and nourishment a gift that I am honored to uphold. Not only in their bodies but in their lives.
