I just met Emily and we just completed a walk through. She honestly appears to have her game together. Smart and wants to prove herself. She is coming out to clean the house in a couple of days. Final review in a few days. I’m hopeful.

I hired Emily to clean my house. She came once, cleaned for 4 1/2 hours, and left after agreeing to return the following week at a specified time and day. She never showed up or answered her phone or emails. I am perplexed because she seemed so diligent and professional.

Before I start a clean, I like to come meet with you, take a tour of your house and make notes of things you feel are important that I clean or pay special attention to and use certain products on.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a cleaning company since I was 16. I take a lot of pride in my work and decided it was time to stop working for a company and start working for myself!
