- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do flats rate pricing on issues that can be flat rated. Issue that cannot be flat rated we do by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we like to give our opinion on plumbing issues as we know our customer are not plumbing professionals. Honesty goes a long way. We don't sell you something just to make more money. We want to fix your plumbing problem the best way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father is a master plumber since 1983 and I'm a journeyman plumber.
