Had an issue with dishwasher not starting, then woke up to morning leaking in the basement ceiling from the dishwasher. I called around to find outrageous pricing and next week timeframe for coming out.
Spoke with Steve at Benjamin Franklin, who was wonderful, along with the other 2 employee we interacted with during the process. They came out when they were done with their current client, gave us a fair price for repairing our line, was passion, and truly honest.
