Talk about a quick "No bullshit or excuses" company! The 1st time I hired Reclaiming Konocti, I had to evicted a tenant, whom apparently had one hell of a hoarding problem. We had to stay out of the house for 18 days. The house was literally floor to ceiling garbage, and the smell was so vile I couldn't even go in. When Diana told me the house would be cleaned out in 2 days, I honestly didn't believe it could be done. She showed up with a crew at 745 am Saturday morning, start time was set at 8, and the house was to be done by 6pm Sunday. When she text me at 3 Sunday and said it was done, I honestly have to say I figured that I was going to have to go face some half assed work, and argue that we made a specific agreement, I WAS SOOOO WRONG! I have used Diana and her crew since then and am unable to put into words how happy I've been with them. You cannot go wrong with these guys, they will literally tackle a huge job with quality and efficiency, which, in my experience is a rarity these days

I hired this company after trying to get a job done for what seemed like forever. We bought some acreage after the fire and there was a portion of our property that had previously been a junk yard. We had a really hard time finding people who actually wanted to work once they were hired. Granted, I wasn’t happy when Diana informed me they would be able to do the job, completely, in 7 days. And I honestly was worried, as her quote was higher then the 3 previous people who had disappeared on my husband and I, and she required 50% down to take the job. I spoke with my husband about my concerns. He told me we should give them a shot. I’m greatful we did. We are retired and unable to do the work ourselves. The other people we had hired over the previous months had required a few hundred down, one even 1000, who came one time, removed one vehicle and never returned. We ended up telling her we insisted on a contract and we’re blown away when she pulled one out alteady typed up and laughed “I insist on it”. Then after signing and having her take the time to explain it she asked if we were seniors, as....”dont take offense, but you guys are pretty spry, and I offer discount”. Long story short, we are happily enjoying our property now with no worries about old rusty metal laying just under the surface to hurt our livestock. Highly reccomended

Lake county is my home and has been hit very hard by fires....just realized that there was a market for it and a lot of the times we can donate a good amount of what we haul away to people who need it
