- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is finding out the needs of our new client. This can be done over the phone, email or chat on Skype. After specific needs are determined a firm quote can be provide. All quotes are good for 30 days and are delivered in writing. For Web Design projects, clients may send us links to websites that they like the design of and this gives us a great idea and reference point. Once the design approach is confirmed we work with you to determine: 1. How many pages the new site will be. 2. What the names of the pages will be. 3. Content for each page. Clients usually provide their own content. This means the words that will go on the site and the images that will be used. Copywriting and Content Creation is typically not included in a quote for a new website but can be provided at an additional charge. We work with some very good copywriters and can get you the content you need.

Owner Martin Walker is a licensed Apple Developer, Search Engine Optimization Expert, Social Media Management Expert and Registered WordPress Developer via WordPress. Martin has been building websites since 1996 and specializes in WordPress websites and Small Business websites. Martin also has extensive experience in Internet Publicity, Digital Marketing and Social Media, focusing mainly on Facebook and Instagram.
