We recently moved into a new house and needed help designing the main living areas. Victoria designed our living room, family room, dining space, and entryway, all for a very reasonable price. She was able to use some of our existing furniture in her design and helped me pick out all the new pieces for the space. We agreed upon a budget at the beginning and she was able to keep us to that budget. She understood my family needs and the style I was going for. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing depends on scope of work. We charge by hour, task, room, or project whichever works best for you. We also offer online interior design service at $195/room. The package includes: - 3 idea boards at 2 budget levels - 1 consolidated concept board - 1 floor plan - 1 3D image - 1 personalized shopping cart - 10 days design time with unlimited revision and phone consultation More information about the package, the designer, the work, and other services can be found on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For comprehensive service, the first 30-minute teleconference is free. The first 40-minute visit come with a fee which will be waived if a contract is signed. For online service, clients will need to answer a style questionnaire and provide dimensions and photos of the space. We will work online and via phone until the package is delivered. As a trade member of major furniture brands, we may get clients up to 20% discounts on furniture orders.
