There are two essential parts to hiring a marketer and the very first is making sure that there is a cultural fit. This is because you are trusting this person with not only your money but the success of programs and ultimately your business reputation. From there, vetting out their personal experiences as it overlaps with your business is critical. Ask for examples if you don't have confidence in their explanations or something just doesn't sit right.
