FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Giving a price for painting without seeing the job is difficult. There are many variables to determine a cost rather than reading a description or even looking at picture I feel that I would best serve the customer if I could look at the job and then give a price. Factors that determine cost are : condition of the walls and trim, the amount of preparation, color of the surface being painted, and the quality and choice of paint.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to Understand the details of the job and make the customer comfortable in that I will properly and systematically explain how I am going to proceed in completing the job. I like to explain the procedure of what I am going to do - the details of the preparations, the materials I am going to use and how long the job will take.
