I met Rachel at a weekend retreat where she taught a am yoga class. Professional, great attitude yet concise with her teaching. As a beginner yoga student, she was understanding of the many variables in the group. I was impressed with the overall knowledge she shared about Yoga.

I am a sporadic yoga practitioner and had a chance to enjoy a group class with Rachel. While some of the poses were beyond my capabilities at the time (dang you, hamstrings!), I was able to do much of it. I, 100%, enjoyed Rachel's radiant spiritual guidance throughout the session.

I had a delightful time in Rachel's yoga class recently. We were a group of women, mostly over 50. Instruction was clear, challenging and fun. It is obvious to me that Rachel loves the practice and has been doing it for a great part of her young life. I very highly recommend her class

Rachel is a very experienced and caring yoga instructor. I have had the opportunity to be in her class at a recent retreat held in Tahoe and it was very refreshing. I highly recommend if you have never tried yoga that you give Rachel a try.
