- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing, however every package can be tailored to fit your budget. We are also very conscious of people's budgets and we will work around you to make sure the cost is something you are comfortable with. We are amenable to payment arrangements and take all forms of payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free consultation to discuss the services required by the client. An quote would be prepared. If the client would like to contract our services, we would then explore, discuss, design and execute the event. We manage every detail on a weekly basis and we work exclusively with all vendors to make sure every aspect is flawless. Our clients have access to us at all times. Our clients are our first priority...we want to make sure you are happy. That's what sets us apart from so many other companies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Elite Elegance has a background in marketing, accounting and graphic design. She is also a certified and accredited wedding and event planner, having graduated from the New York Institute of Art & Design.
