- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very much dependent on the job in hand and requires some time talking about what is needed before accurate pricing can be established. Needless to say, you won't have to pay until you are completely comfortable with the work performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed so that as software professionals, we add value to your ideas and ultimately make the very best product possible. Connect --> Design --> Develop --> Certify --> Support 1. Connect A series of calls or in-person meetings to define the product goals: when we are done, how do we know that we succeeded? Create a scope document: who does what, when and for how much? Define technology strategy and boundaries: how do we build this product, and what tech are we going to use? 2. Design Iterate on wireframe UI concepts and rapid prototypes of ideas: quickly get ideas onto the small screen and figure out what does and does not work. Establish brand/product look/feel and style: making the product look and feel easy is hard! Final product UI design and use cases: our ‘bible’ for coding the product 3. Develop Build the APP and any backend services. Frequent usability testing on devices and browsers. Security review: we keep your data safe! Usability testing 4. Certify BETA testing: restricted APP distribution for product testing. AppStore certifications (Apple / Google / Windows / Amazon). Make any supporting release materials 5.Support Device lifecycle management: APP updates for OS updates. Backend server/DB support & maintenance

All of our staff are degree educated and above and more importantly have decades of software development experience under there respective belts!
