Jeff at Masters Tree & Lawn Care LLC did an amazing clean up job at my property. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the job after being able to visit the job site. If a visit is not possible, than photos can really help us gauge a price to quote. We also offer discounts for senior citizens and US military veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually come out to visit the customer and chat about their landscape needs. We then write up a quote and submit it for approval to the client. Upon approval we book the appointment and do our best to complete the job to client satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in the process of applying for landscape and paver licenses. I am also pursuing further training for an arborist license.
