LNR Customs did an amazing job on my back deck and front porch ! Great prices and finished in a reasonable amount of time. They were so easy to work with and did everything I asked for and more! I highly recommend LNR Customs, they are awesome people to do business with. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thanks again !

We have no idea how this husband and wife business actually functions properly. She does the books and he does the work. But there is a sense of miscommunication between the two. We hired them last August for a very large project and they failed on a number of levels throughout the process. Ineffective communication and poor time management skills on all fronts. As a client we shouldn't have to step in and facilitate certain things along the way but this contractor is ill-equipped in basic design-build principles. Don't let him fool you otherwise just because he "went to school for architecture;" he's not certified or has his AIA license. In the end we canceled the project and fired them because they were unable to produce and time was becoming an issue. It had been 50+ days from the date of completion on the contract and LNR still had not yet acquired the permit. Thus began a negotiation to request a percentage of our deposit back. In response to the wife's absurd gorilla math, we hired an attorney and eventually escalated things to small claims court for breach of contract. Her professionalism proved no different and she was absent for the trial which just reinforced the notion they didn't have a leg to stand on. Thanks to the default judgement we will now be exercising everything in our legal power to make sure we are paid what's owed. One piece of info/advice - their contract (which was printed out verbatim from rocketlawyer.com) requires a 50% deposit. Something to keep in mind.

I hired LNR for caulking of my windows. Nick was the one who executed the project. He was on time, very professional, explained every detail of product used and job done. I am happy with the result. Highly recommend LNR for hiring. I will be working on future projects with LNR without hesitation.
