- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultations are $120 and follow ups are $30/30 minutes (typical follow up runs about 30 minutes). I also have packages available packages available for 3 and 6 month commitments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I set up an initial consultation where we can discuss: medical history, family history, diet history, any current labs and measurements, as well as current concerns regarding diet and health. An initial meeting usually lasts about an hour as we get to know each other and develop some short and long term goals to work toward. After an initial meeting we set up follow up meetings to discuss progress toward our previously set goals and troubleshoot and course correct as the need arises. I generally suggest follow ups be weekly, but we can schedule them as frequently or infrequently as we feel we need to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Ohio State University in 2009. I then completed my dietetic internship in Pittsburgh, PA the following year before taking my registration exam. I have been a practicing dietitian since 2010. I've completed ongoing education in sports nutrition, as well as receiving my Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management.
