We were new to the Fairfax county, did a lot of research and received several quotes for a modern security system install in our home. Thank goodness we found Buzz-Vision. They arrived on time, provided us with several system and pricing options and answered all of our questions. Mr. Malka was even able to answer the questions we had about other company’s inferior security systems that the other companies could not. Buzz-Vision took into consideration our particular needs, carefully went over installation plans with us and even decided on a timetable to avoid disrupting our kids and night shift work schedule as much as possible. The installation crew was pleasant, considerate and worked quickly and quietly, even cleaning up after themselves. Once the system was installed we were given tutorials on how to use the system, they installed all of the software on our desktops and mobile devices and made sure everything was working properly. The owner came by a few days after the installation was finished to make sure we understood everything and were happy with the system, which of course we were. This is the most professional and courteous home service company we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you are looking for a quality, dependable, state of the art product from an honorable and respectable company - we highly recommend Buzz-Vision!

Initially everything seemed to go well. The company representative came over to my home for a walkthrough and on-site inspection in order to provide a quote for the work to be performed. The quote was also eventually provided, and the final fee as well as an installation date were agreed upon, although the installation date subsequently had to be rescheduled due to inclement weather. A few days before the rescheduled installation date (in anticipation of which I had also made arrangements to take time off from work), the company representative communicates to me (via email) that due to their busy schedule, they are unable to further proceed with providing the services agreed to, and that I should seek services through another provider. No further reasons were provided. The manner in which they handled matters was extremely unprofessional in my opinion, especially as there was a verbal agreement and expectations had been set in my mind, as the consumer, that the work would be completed on the agreed upon date.
