Introduction: Bull Run Financial Group has more than a decade of experience in wealth management. By treating our clients like family, we are able to identify their hardships, make their goals tangible, and customize solutions to alleviate the burden of creating a financial plan on their own. As an independent organization, we set ourselves apart from the majority of financial institutions. We have no allegiance to one specific financial carrier, allowing us to search the market for the best products and prices to match our clients needs. In a market that is constantly shifting, we are a step ahead of others by staying up to date with those changes and implementing them regularly.

The team at Rillhurst Capital helped me understand how to utilize my old 401ks from previous employees that I left behind. As a result I've been able to use that money to invest in my retirement.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a consultation to learn more about a customer's needs and discover if we are a good fit to work together.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

At a young age I learned to be financially conscience because my family did not have a lot of money. I knew if I ever wanted to purchase something 1) I had to work for it and 2) I had to save for it. Which I didn't mind and an added bonus it taught me the importance of budgeting. Fast Forward to adulthood and I had budgeted my way through purchasing my first car in cash at 17 and through college with minimal debt. However, once I had my first child I knew budgets weren't going to be enough, I needed to learn more about how money works and how I can make it work for me. I read any financial article, book, and newspaper I could get my hands on. I loved what I learned so much I knew I had to spread the message, so I decided to make a career change and help others on their financial journey!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The most important aspect of choosing someone in the financial industry is finding someone you can trust. You will potentially be working with your adviser for many years to come so make sure he/she is someone who understands your needs.
