Erick replied very promptly and we were quickly able to agree on him coming out to fix the problems I had identified. Once he started, he was quickly about to fix up the issues and explain to me what the problems were, the potential dangers, and how I could address these issues on my own if I was comfortable doing so. I didn't feel any pressure from him to upsell me with things I didn't need. He communicated with me throughout the entire process to let me know if there were other things he was noticing and whether or not I wanted him to address them as well. I would definitely recommend electric wizards and will be calling him again whenever I have electrical issues!

Erick was very responsive and worked with my schedule to figure out the most convenient time for me. He asked enough questions in advance to make sure he was prepared for the project. He showed up on time and cleaned everything up when he was done. This project was a simple light fixture installation, but I will definitely call him in the future if I have bigger electrical issues.

Eric was great. Showed up on time and went right to work installing my chandelier. It looks great. It was also raining when he arrived and I really appreciated that he wore shoe covers without prompting. It’s the little things. Would definitely recommend.
