FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients that use my services to purchase a property will not pay for the real estate transaction. They will pay the closing cost to the lender. But the ones who already own a property and would like to sell will pay the real estate fees, and that fee is not standard and it'll be by an agreement from both sides. I get paid based on the high value that I bring to the marketplace.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to meet in person to go over their needs and criteria. This will help me to get to know them better, their life style, their goals and what they will need to accomplish with their real estate investments. The next step depends on if they are trying to purchase or they are owners and trying to sell their property. I will go over every step in details so nothing is missed or misunderstood.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a realtor, we must pass and obtain the national and state license. We must also know the real estate laws, rules, regulations, legal forms and many more to be able to practice as an agent. We also need to complete several hours of continued education every year to be able to renew our license and to stay updated with the new legal matters relating to real estate. I am licensed in VA, DC and MD and constantly taking classes and different trainings to keep my knowledge of the market updated, and to keep up with the new trends and needs.
