Mike Burns is a total pro and we are so thankful to have worked with him over the past 10+ years. He's helped us with both buying and selling - all with smooth and completely positive transactions. We recently sold our home and were concerned that the time of year was not ideal for the market. But he allayed our fears and worked with us - step by step - through some specific challenges, to make the process as easy on us as possible. He gave us great advice about preparing the home, staging, prepping for pictures, and our open house. A few days after our open house, we ended up with two very competitive offers and couldn't have been happier with the buyer we selected. Working with him makes you realize and appreciate the complexities and the art of real estate. In fact, I even referred him to my parents to help sell their house that they lived in ( I grew up in) for over 40 years. He exhibited nothing but patience, professionalism, and strong communications skills through their entire experience as well. I can't recommend him enough.

We worked with Mike when we were in the market for a new home in late 2012/early 2013. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It was an extremely competitive market at the time, and Mike's guidance was invaluable to us. We trusted him completely and it paid off when our first offer was accepted. Mike was extremely responsive throughout the process, which is something we greatly value. He also stayed in touch after we closed and offered to be helpful in any way he could. If you want an awesome agent to sell your home, then Mike is your man. Mike helped us every step of the way and really took time to address all of our questions & concerns. He even created different scenarios to cover every angle of our selling process. Mike's attention to detail, knowledge & thoughtfulness made the process go so smoothly.
