Wilber was excellent! I highly recommend him. I hired him for several jobs at my new house and he completed them all fast and the quality of work was fantastic. He put a new outlet in my upstairs bathroom, installed several outdoor motion lights, and replaced to fixtures in my living room and dining room. The electric at my home needed to be updated and rewired and he did an excellent job. He is very friendly, fast efficient, and affordable! Thank you.

Hi Peter, I am sorry that you were not happy with my not being able to perform the work right away but I was very honest with you and did not want to take on a job that I couldn't complete in a timely manner. I feel that it speaks less of me as a professional to agree to take on several projects at a time and not be able to finish them within the schedule.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't like to give pricing prior to seeing the job that needs to be done. it would be unfair for me to give a price to a client and get their and it was as simple as turning a switch.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the customer first and get a feel of what they are need of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years in customer service, licensed general contractors, licensed electrician, property management license, and associates in computer engineering. Have all the proper and required trainings such as OSHA 30 and 70E Safety and many others.
