FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair in charge based on what all the job entails. I typically charge by the hour on jobs that are less than 40 hours total. When I charge by the hour, the customer typically gets a better deal because I work quickly and efficiently. My hourly rate is very competitive because I don't have all the overhead that larger companies have and that allows me to be my own boss and take pride in all projects, no matter how big or how small.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by talking with the customer to let them get to know me and to get an idea of what we can accomplish together. I then like to meet the customer at the project because it allows me to get a better idea of the job and give a more accurate estimate on cost, time needed, and what they can expect out of me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified electrician to the US Department of Labor and the state of Georgia. I went to school for the profession at nights for 3 years, while working a full-time job. I have many occupational certifications such as OSHA 30 safety training, certified to use Earth moving equipment, CPR and first aid certified, and many more.
