- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our customers are very important to us. When starting to work with a new client, we like to conduct a needs analysis with the business owner. We like to find out their goals, and what they would like to accomplish with the services we will be providing. We like to set realistic clear expectations so that everyone is on the same page during the development of their project in regards to time constraints, and/or other details of the project during this phase.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Anytime Digital Marketing is part of the Anytime Marketing Group umbrella. Our background comes from traditional marketing and advertising in radio and television. As digital marketing was on the rise, our clients were very interested and searching for new ways to target potential customers via the internet. It was then we took our focus towards this type of marketing knowing this would be the future.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with several different types of client including healthcare (dentist, aesthetics, cosmetic surgeon), E-Commerce (fashion retail), food & beverage (restaurants), specialty services (funeral homes, home services, and more).
