- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary depending on the time needed for team building, facilitation, and/ or overall improvement (based on customer goals). My availability can range anywhere between 2-15 hours a week per customer for individual discussions/ development and/or Presentations/ Workshops. In addition continuing professional education with small businesses is often left on the backburner, and I would like to help startup companies who want to invest in training development by providing guidance as they work towards their future state. Continually building fundamental soft skills that align employee development with company goals will ensure everyone involved achieves success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally during my initial process for assistance, I want to hear directly from the people who are working hands on with their team or customers. I want to know what major and minor concerns are, and together we will formulate a plan that best fits their needs big or small!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Government employee for over 15 years, and I have taken a number of training classes on interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence. In addition I have an innate overall passion that cannot be duplicated. I continually strive for the improvement of others for greater.
