Introduction: My main focus is getting it right for the customer and making sure they don't have any unpleasant surprises in the future. Instead of focusing on the dollar amount attached to each client, I focus on achieving the best result for them within their budget. My prices are posted on my website so clients know what to expect and they know they are getting a fair price. I also offer an accuracy guarantee, so if something goes wrong, I will cover any additional taxes or penalties that result from any error on my behalf (I've never had to use this, but it's there for your peace of mind). I enjoy helping my clients find a solution that works for them and making sure they get the largest refund or pay the least amount of taxes possible. The taxes you have paid throughout the year is money that you earned so I want to help you keep as much of your hard earned money as possible. Also, tax laws can be very confusing to the average person so I try to help every client understand more than the average person so they can make the best decisions when it comes to their money each year.
