- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to their residence at their convenience and speak with them face to face. We like to tell a customer about our experience and abilities and show them some pictures of our work. We also provide references at that time. We can look at their work and take pictures and measurements if needed. We then return home and gather information to provide the customer with a formal quote via email or in person, whichever they choose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 20+ years of experience in home improvements and restoration work. We also have several years experience in working with other Fire, Storm, & Water Damage restorations companies. We have experience in working with insurance companies as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers from water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, emergency board-ups, new construction, customers that wanted a new look for their interior of their home but needed help with their vision, customers working on a budget, etc.
