FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing as my work often varies drastically depending on the job. That being said, I always attempt to price my proposals fairly. I take into account the amount of work that is required and the time I believe it will take. Additionally, because some jobs require more or less work than others I always offer a free consultation so that both parties are satisfied with the work and the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I begin any project I offer a free consultation. The point of the meeting is to discuss my clients' needs and expectations for the project. Once I get a better understand of what each individual client is looking for I create a proposal of services including what was discussed in our initial meetings plus an updated price to reflect the work. Communication is key for any successful project, and I make sure to contact my clients regularly, updating them about the progress I've made, and offering a time for additional feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a B.A. in Marketing and Management from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business. Additionally, I have taken extensive coursework online for education in web design and marketing. I am a certified AdWords and Analytics Specialist with Google and additionally have been working in Washington D.C. as a digital marketer for a startup here. I work extensively with social media marketing and ads.
