- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Customer hires us. 2- We call them to schedule an inspection. 3- Once the inspection is set, we e-mail the Pre-Inspection Agreement. 4- The inspection takes place. 5- At the end of the inspection, we have a brief talk and collect payment. 6- The report is e-mailed 48 hours (or less) later. Our Home Inspections come with a free lifetime assistance. If you ever have a problem or a question regarding your home, give us a call. We love to give advice and help our clients - even if it is five years down the road.

- Ask the inspector if you can follow them during the inspection process. - Ask the inspector for a sample report and turn-around time. - Ask the inspector what is included in the price.
