After 20 Years in the United States Marine Corps and retiring as a Master Sergeant. Delvon is an outstanding trainer and coach. He has worked on Elevate leadership, management/supervisory skills, time management, facilities management, and other soft skills trainings. Our clients love him because he gets the lessons across to adult learners in a way that makes the techniques easy to learn. What he teaches is useful immediately. Delvon calls it edutainment. And I agree. He is extremely successful training and coaching adult learners. I would recommend Delvon to any company or individual needing to learn and RETAIN new skills and techniques to do their job better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first meeting a new customer we set a time convenient to them to address their expectations of Kinetic Management. We take as much time as need to cover all areas of the speech, training and coaching as needed to ensure that what they are looking for in me they are getting.
