- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can purchase one item or 1,000 items! Bulk discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For working with a new customer we figure out if we want to host a wine tasting, buy Corporate gifts, or buy bulk items for a celebration. From there we go over what options we have and the price points and let the customer look over the information and follow up with them in two business days, but I may also reach out on the weekend or late night if that is a better option for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years working with names such as Fortune 500 companies and Mom and Pop Shops. I also have a business degree.
