Bonnie is wonderful! I had been training for the Rock and Rock Half Marathon and worked with Bonnie to plan a pre-race massage and have my lower back and upper shoulders/neck taped. I ran the half marathon this past Saturday and finished the race without lower back or shoulder pain. Last year, I was miserable with both after the race. Taping made a huge difference in my performance. There was no soreness the following day either; I still felt terrific and was my normal energetic, active self. I went back in to see Bonnie today for my post race massage and I am still feeling great! I highly recommend trying taping if you are an athlete. It worked beautifully for me!

The minute you enter the door to go in you just feel the Vibes of peacefulness. I was greeted by a lovely smiling ray of sunshine, Jessica Reighley. I had an extraordinary massage. Seems like Jessica always knows what hurts and just how to apply the right pressure. Professional experience, no doubt.I also ordered a facial. They have a lovely lady that works Thursday and Friday. I have to say I was completely calm. A very kind and caring soul. I also loved her touch, when it comes to the face, I think the person should be careful but firm. I absolutely enjoyed the experience. I have never received a massage on my face before....it truly ROCKED.The products and service were spectacular. Traveling to Rincon is so nice.... I have to say I will be a regular client. I rate it a #10....
