FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay within a set standard pricing structure for all my clients but there are times when the size of the structure and/or the scope of the work required to achieve satisfactory results might cause a price upcharge.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am fond of all my services. The ability to help a customer deal with a pest concern in an efficacious and cost-effective manner is the reason I became a pest control professional. ....Being able to pay my bills by providing these services is just a bonus! :-)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
That price is not always indicative of service. The most expensive quote does not always reflect the best products and service just as the lowest quote is not always representative of substandard quality. Large corporate pest control providers often have extremely larger bottom lines due to fleet management/maintenance, advertising, along with a host of other incidentals that comes with being a corporate entity. A small pest company can usually provide the same services albeit without these upcharges, savings which are then reflective in the service quote.
