Introduction: Vacation Rental Bookkeeping is a bookkeeping business owned and operated by a former rental owner. VRB offers secure, cloud-based bookkeeping to long-term and short-term rental owners and property managers who are ready to relinquish the chore of bookkeeping. VRB charges clients by the month, with no long-term contracts, and can help get your books caught up and ready for tax season. We are more than happy to work directly with your CPA to relieve all of the stress of bookkeeping and allow you to focus on the things that you are great at. I have enjoyed working with numbers since I was a kid and my love for vacation rentals began in my college years. Putting those two passions together, my goal is to help owners and property managers of rental businesses grow their business and get ahead of their competition.

Because your service will be customized, so will your price. Once we have had a free initial consultation, you will be presented with a proposal that outlines the services VRB can provide for you and a price to go along with those services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can contact VRB to schedule a free, no-obligation consultation. During the consultation, Ryan will learn about your desires for your business and then submit to you a proposal of the services we can provide you and a proposed monthly rate. If you are happy with the proposal, VRB can begin providing service right away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my formal bookkeeper training under a CPA and became a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, Xero Certified Advisor as well as a Hubdoc Certified Partner.
