Matt with Statera set up our Xero accounting system when we purchased it. He set up the whole system wonderfully! Including our chart of accounts, vendors, expenses, bank accounts and bank feeds, credit cards, and other aspects of our business. We use Matt from time to time on an ongoing basis.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rate pricing, based on a tiered model. Depending on such factors as your business size, number of employees, and the numbers of accounts that require tracking, my flat rates begin at $375 per month. For more details, please visit my website, then go to the "Flat Rate Pricing" page.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk with all new clients over the phone initially. At that time, we'll discuss what your bookkeeping needs are and how your existing QBO application can be improved. We'll discuss how often you require reports or summaries (weekly/monthly/quarterly, for example), and the concerns you have that are specific to your industry. We'll go over your unique business needs, whether or not you'll require payroll services, and what applications you have been using for your accounting procedures up to the present.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor with over seven years of bookkeeping experience; primarily with the Quickbooks family of accounting software products. In addition, I am registered with the IRS AFSP program.
