- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing system is quoted before service and any additional fees are discussed before work begins. We will never add work without prior approval and will not bump prices up after quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To listen for what there key concern is, whether it is in the appearance, feel or safety of their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Albert, the owner, has over 30 years in the business. He has personally trained me on proper procedures and superior customer care. I personally have over 15 years in carpet care and 10 years in air duct cleaning.
