To anyone hiring a roofer,
As the Corporate Construction Manager for a large investment firm, I negotiate contracts and manage major roofing projects at large apartment complexes across the country.
Over the past several years I have used Integrated Roofing Solutions and Consulting (IRSC) for major projects in Nashville, Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Reno and Sacramento. They have done overlays, complete tear offs, TPO membranes, build ups, asphalt emulsion, shingles and clay tiles.
Integrated Roofing Solutions has exceeded my expectations by an order of magnitude for every project. They secured the proper permits, communicated well with our local management, showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up the jobsite everyday. They processed change orders quickly and efficiently. Their prices were fair and reasonable. We have not had a single complaint from a resident. Best of all, no roof leaks when they complete a project and the roofs look great.
I would hire them again. They are the best roofing company with which I have had the pleasure to work anywhere in the country. In fact, I frequently wish I could avail myself of their services in other regions of the country. Hire them. You will not regret it.
