- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have a standardized fixed pricing guide. That means your charged according to the job to be completed and not the neighborhood, or the type of vehicle you drive. With this type of bidding process that allows us to give the customer a solid price for the work to be done, no hidden charges, no hourly rates, that can get costly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I meet with the customer, introduce myself and anyone else that is working with me at the time. I tell the customer about the company and our mission statement. I then will ask the customer how it is that we may be able to help them. Im always open to answering any questions. I want the customer to feel comfortable with their decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ Years working in the electrical field, from apprentice to project manager. Have been trained by a Master certified electrician licensed in 10+ states my whole career.
