Introduction: As owner and Virginia licensed inspector, I bring over 25 years of engineering experience to the home inspection industry. Inspecx is a 15 year member of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (INACHI) serving the Roanoke Valley, Lynchburg, Smith Mountain Lake and surrounding counties real estate markets since 2002. We have provided over 4000 high quality buyer and listing inspections to residential and commercial clients. Our concise, photo-narrative inspection reports make it easy for you to discuss this crucial part of the transaction with your clients. An Inspecx report summarizes those findings relevant to the home inspection contingency of the purchase agreement in the first section. The photo-narrative body of the report, summary of deferred maintenance items, and radon report ( if tested) follow. In addition to home inspections and radon testing, Inspecx can utilize infrared (IR) thermographic technology to identify water intrusions, leaks and areas of potential energy loss. Mold inspections and air & water quality testing for both residential and commercial building buyer and seller clients are available as well.
