- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I like to do with a new customer is to come out and walk the job with the homeowner so i am able to give good and fiar estimate as well as to start to build a personal customer relationship. We do require half down upon agreement of price on of work to be performed if the amount is over $700 and the remaining balance is due upon completion. One thing that i like to tell all of my customers is if u r not happy then we are not happy and will do what ever it takes to make it right!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the landscape industry for 13 plus years and there's nothing that I have not seen or done or repaired in the landscape industry.
