- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different with its own set of hurtels to conquer. It is my job to worrie, not theirs. I've been at this a long time. We have many,many happy customers. We will do our very best to add y'all to our list. This is my word! Thanks Virgil Gilson
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet to get an overall idea what they want.Get notes,take pictures ,so we can match their mindset.Once customer and I reach a agreement we write up contract. Start the process. We do our best to exsplain the entire process to put costumer at ease.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was raised by a World War two Vet. He started teaching my Brother s and me when we were old enough to Tate a board. I'm a journeyman carpenter for 26yrs. In the carpenter s union. I have Attt.courses.theTheAssociation of Reciprocal Councils courses. The ICCI. Coatings courses.
