Jeremy Nardi of Hammer Time completed a step repair at my home. Jeremy was very prompt and professional in responding to my emails and questions regarding the job. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and one that worked with my schedule. The completed work looked fantastic. I was very pleased and would recommend him to others in a heartbeat. I inquired about about projects I needed done and although they weren't his expertise, he explained what was needed and I felt his feedback was honest and forthright. This was my first time using Thumbtack and based on this experience, I'd use it again...and I'd definitely contact Jeremy for my handy man needs!

Jeremy communicated with me consistently and arrived on time. His work is fantastic-he removed our old step thoroughly and hauled it away. The new step is secured to the house and level. Jeremy cleaned up the workspace impeccably and was kind and respectful the entire time.

Jeremy quickly sent me a fair quote, and asked for a picture to confirm that we were on the same page. Once he saw the picture, he confirmed that we were. We agreed on a date and time. He arrived 15 minutes early and was very professional. He really knows his concrete work. He explained everything that would be done and walked me through it. Answered all my questions, then quickly got to work. He did a wonderful job on my stairs and was very respectful of my time. He cleaned his work area thoroughly. Communication was excellent. Will definitely hire for future concrete repairs.

I’m so impressed with the work that was done! Both my fireplaces were fixed the same day I called which meant a lot because we were throwing a huge party that evening and wouldn’t have had any heat in our basement without your excellent service!!
