- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have a standard pricing system for our service. We calculate the number of hours necessary to thoroughly complete the job multiply that buy an hourly rate then estimate the square footage and number of coats of Coatings needed to come up with the cost of paint and materials this all goes into our written quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we received a phone call or email. We asked and write down what it is the customer Needs & Wants. If we determine that the work would be a good fit and we are available and request appears legitimate we've been set up a good time to come and look at the project. We look the project over carefully and determine the amount of time and material it will take to complete the job. We calculate a price and submit it to the customer. This quote includes whether or not the customer or contractor provides material the length of time it will take to do the job and whatever specific individual needs there are for this project. If we agree to do the work a professionally written contract is given to the customer or emailed if preserved and once the terms are met we begin and complete the work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in business management from the University of Detroit. I began working my way through college working for my Brothers Painting Company. I have learned so much it might fill a book. I work for a total of 6 different painters and painting companies before I knew enough and had enough Capital to invest to open my own company. I took the best things I learned along the way from each company I work for and incorporate them into my own work
