Tiffany at One Seven Realty recently looked after the refurbishment and letting of a property I acquired at auction. The refurbishment was undertaken promptly including the tracing of hard to find spares for an old gas boiler which avoided the cost of buying a new one. Tiffany arranged for tenant to move in as soon as the works were. As a landlord who lives outside the USA I need a reliable agent and Tiffany has provided a first class service on this property

Being a first time home buyer, Tiffany put me in touch with all the right people and stayed with me through the whole terrifying process of buying a house for the first time. OneSeven manage my properties extremely well. I am kept well informed of required expenditure and sensible decisions are taken when repairs are required. When problems with either properties or tenants arise they are dealt with promptly and grants obtained if possible.
