Renew Mental Health Counseling

Introduction: Renew Mental Health Counseling provides a safe environment to share and explore the struggles and issues that are causing distress and to help identify the changes needed to achieve the desired outcome. With the ten years of experience in the counseling field, I believe the counseling process is most effective when it is a collaborative effort that is personal, genuine and transparent. At Renew MHC the ultimate goal is to serve the client in a way where healing begins and change is possible. My passion is to help people transform themselves from the inside out- identifying root issues and desired areas for change. This in turn changes their life and relationships because it is creating lifestyle changes rather than just behavior modifications. I use methods that are simple to understand and easy to continue even after counseling has ended. I️ utilize techniques that help people identify underlying thoughts and emotions that help them understand themselves and connect emotionally with their spouse. I️ also offer Christian counseling for those who desire their faith to be incorporated into the counseling process.
